Build teams with
Trust and Accountability

Building Teams

Building a strong bond within a team requires an understanding of team dynamics, conflict resolution, and good communications training.

Our approach includes helpful exercises and development activities to build trust, engage in healthy conflict, and strengthen commitment and accountability to achieve results.  Based on organizational need, we employ one or more of three powerful assessment tools, the Talent Insights® (DISC-Workplace Motivators), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI), and/or the Emotional Quotient™ (EQ).

In a wizard’s hand, wands (assessments) are powerful tools to usefully bridge the differences in teams and cure dysfunction, achieving stronger results. Chuck blends knowledge, activities, and exercises with inspiration for individual team members to form a cohesive unit.

There is no better time than NOW to start your teams on a path to improvement.

The Talent Insights® (DISC – Workplace Motivators)

Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment.

The first component of this report measures the four dimensions of behavior and communication style: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. The second component of this report measures the internal values and motivators that drive decision making and thought process. The final component integrates the sciences, providing tips to manage and motivate the individual.

Using this information, teams understand their similarities and differences in a more enlightened fashion. Teams that understand each other better, experience healthy function and results. Ask for a complimentary assessment and see the results.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)

Conflict is inevitable! Why? Because no two individuals have exactly the same needs and concerns, conflict is a natural part of our interactions with others—whether in our personal life or in our organizational life. Your personalized TKI results will reveal which of the five conflict modes you might be using too much or too little… or just right.

Emotional Quotient™ (EQ)

The Emotional Quotient™ assesses an individual’s emotional intelligence; the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions to facilitate higher levels of leadership, collaboration and relationship building.

This tool is based upon the 4-quadrant research of Goleman, Bradberry and Greaves, but adds a powerful 5th component, to understand an individual’s intrinsic motivation for results. A special section of this report provides tips and strategies that deliver improvements in each area of EQ. View a sample report and contact us to start improving your team’s emotional intelligence.
